Did 3x1000 (3:05,3:01,3:09), 5,3,2 (around 65 pace), 2x1000 (3:05,3:02), and 5,3,2 (with Trent's group, sub 60 pace)

Felt a bit banged up from treadmill yesterday. Took until second set to feel good.
