Secondary Workout

Ran at battlefields in the morning by myself. Wasn't sure if I was supposed to do a medium long run or a training run so I did a training run. Did an eight mile out and back, ran to where John used to live and back. Got back and did strides on the grass loop in the big field by the entrance. Did 3 strides around the loop, distances varied. Totalled 10 strides and a short cool down. Good secondary Workout, didn't check to see what I was supposed to do so I just guessed.
