Workout:
9 miles in Boost5
Ran Lake Loop with Adam for the workout. Had to do a 40 minute fartlek of our choice, just had to total 40 minutes. We took the easy route and did 4x5 minutes on/off. Was actually a good workout. Legs finally felt recovered and so we cruised at a decent pace the whole time. Okay weather, was a really cold wind. Had someone shoot a gun nearby us on the way to the lake, was very curious as to why that happened, especially for where we were at in the woods.
