Recovery Run
3.5 miles in Boost4

Ran with Adam and the 4x8 guys on their shakeout. Adam and I added on after they were done. Basically ran for 30 minutes again without getting anywhere. Legs still were tired. Had to take one break because I thought I was going to poop myself (last night I had 4 slices of pizza, a Qdoba burrito, and the rest of the ice cream from the night before). Other than that, body had its normal death feeling.

Today I had a hoagie that contained grilled chicken, chicken tacos, bacon, ranch, and hot sauce, and it was 14 inches long. This weekend was deemed by Adam as The Food Challenge Weekend.
